We are recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Power Platform Engineering team. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced Agile environment, collaborating closely with both business and technical teams, and are passionate about turning complex requirements into impactful digital solutions, this could be the role for you!

Team: You’ll be joining our Power Platform Engineering team, a close‑knit group made up of 7 developers, 2 solution architects and a platform manager. The team is responsible for delivering digital and automation solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform estate, including Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud, Power BI and Power Automate Desktop (RPA).

What Will You Be Doing? You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering digital and automation solutions, working closely with both business stakeholders and engineering teams. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand processes, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Leading workshops to capture requirements and define clear As-Is and To-Be processes
  • Translating business needs into high‑quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps
  • Collaborating closely with developers and solution architects to refine requirements and support Agile delivery
  • Acting as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring solutions are well understood and deliver real value
  • Supporting solution design discussions across our Microsoft Power Platform estate, including Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud, Power BI and Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
  • Coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation and go‑live activities
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying further opportunities for automation and optimisation

What Do We Need From You? We’re looking for a collaborative and delivery‑focused Business Analyst who is confident working in an Agile environment and engaging with both business and technical stakeholders. To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a technology or digital delivery environment
  • Strong experience in gathering and shaping requirements, including facilitating workshops and mapping business processes
  • The ability to translate business needs into clear, well‑structured user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience working within Agile teams, including backlog management and supporting sprint delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across business and technical teams
  • An understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform estate (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and RPA)
  • The ability to work across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation and continuous improvement

Work Environment: We work in a hybrid way, with colleagues typically spending three days a week in our Skipton office for collaboration, and the remaining time working from home.
