Skipton Building Society seeks a Principal Engineer for the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) to set the engineering tenets, paved roads and CI/CD patterns for Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Power Automate. You will lead engineers across CEP squads, drive reliability, observability and secure-by-design guardrails to deliver fast, safe changes at scale.

The role focuses on cross-squad collaboration, architecture, and governance, enabling thousands of interactions daily while improving member experience.
