We are recruiting for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead our agile ‘teams of teams’, driving strategic alignment and the seamless flow of value across mission‑critical business and technical change.

You will be joining the Change Delivery Team, consisting of 2 Senior Enterprise Change Managers, 3 Senior Delivery Leads, 5 Senior Delivery Managers, 1 Senior Change Optimisation Manager, 1 Senior Enterprise PMO Manager and 1 Senior Journey Experience Manager. You will work alongside a wider network of change professionals. Every change we deliver is ultimately for our customers. What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead and coordinate all Agile Service Delivery ceremonies, including PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt
- Manage and develop a team of Delivery Leads and Analysts, driving performance, clarity, and continuous growth
- Drive continuous improvement across the ART, enhancing flow efficiency, quality, and delivery predictability
- Remove delivery impediments and enable effective cross‑team coordination to achieve business and technical outcomes
- Partner with Product and Platform Owners, Architects, and Business Owners to shape and prioritise backlogs
- Track and report progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones using appropriate tools and metrics
- Embed a culture of learning, innovation, and feedback to strengthen agile maturity
- Support organisational change, championing new ways of working and scaled agile practices
- Ensure governance and compliance requirements are met throughout delivery
What Do We Need From You?
- Proven leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing delivery professionals
- Advanced facilitation skills and strong stakeholder engagement across all organisational levels
- Deep knowledge of Lean‑Agile principles, with hands‑on experience in a senior delivery or scaled agile leadership role
- Strong background in both technical delivery (software, infrastructure, DevOps) and business transformation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to bring clarity to ambiguity
- Ability to balance strategic alignment with effective day‑to‑day delivery
- Analytical, data‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficiency in agile delivery tools and familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
- Experience leading large‑scale change across business and technology domains
- Line‑management experience across hybrid teams, including Delivery Leads and Analysts
- Experience in complex or regulated environments (e.g. financial services) is advantageous
