After the initial training period, the role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in Head Office.

You\’ll be joining our Customer Experience Team—an energetic and collaborative team of 34 colleagues, including our Customer Services function.
We sit within the wider Money Operations Department and work closely with our Financial Advisers, who provide expert guidance and support to our customers.
