Overview

Skipton Business Finance is looking for an Account Executive to support day‑to‑day management of client accounts, working closely with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth operations and help protect and grow the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of invoice finance clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records, ensuring all changes are implemented promptly and correctly.
  • Assist with new client take‑ons, ensuring accounts are set up accurately and within sanctioned parameters.
  • Support ongoing client reviews, facility changes and portfolio updates, ensuring all client information and system records remain accurate, up to date and fully documented.
  • Support the monitoring of client performance and flag potential risks or operational concerns.
  • Support onboarding processes by gathering documentation and ensuring the file is ready and accurate for the first payment day, enabling an efficient turnaround.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of invoice finance/asset‑based lending operations.
  • Knowledge of sales ledger processes and client operations.
  • Experience in an operational, account management or client service role.
  • Proven ability to manage workloads efficiently and deliver high service levels.
  • Strong communication and client service skills.
