What Do We Need From You?

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a thoughtful, outcomes-driven approach - someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others and continuously improving how things are done.

Experience:

  • Experience working with Workday or similar HR systems, particularly configuration and process improvement.
  • Experience delivering system changes end-to-end.
  • Exposure to reporting, analytics, or Power BI.
  • Experience working in structured delivery or governance environments.

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a curious, continuous improvement mindset.
