What Will You Be Doing?
You will collaborate with branch teams and financial advice colleagues to conduct initial meetings with new customers, discussing pensions, investments, inheritance tax, and our current propositions. Your role involves preparing customers for their follow-up meeting with the Financial Adviser by gathering relevant information and entering it into our customer relationship management system, ensuring a smooth customer journey. During customer meetings, you will engage with clients to understand their objectives, goals, and motivations for financial advice.
What Do We Need From You?
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, whether face-to-face or via video link
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and adherence to quality and compliance standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Flexibility and adaptability to change, with ease in learning new systems and processes
- Ideally, pursuing a career in financial advice, with a Regulated Diploma in Financial Advice (or nearing completion). Full support and training will be provided.
This role is based in or around St Albans, Aylesbury, Chesham, Chalfont, Harrow, or London. Initially, the role will be remote, with the possibility of face-to-face meetings at branch locations as you progress to a Financial Adviser role.
