We’re recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join our Property Solutions and Workplace Experience team at our Head Office in Skipton. In this varied, people facing role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our workplace operates smoothly, safely and efficiently for colleagues, visitors and members.
Acting as a first point of contact for health and safety, facilities and property related queries, you’ll provide professional, friendly administrative support while also working flexibly with our reception team to deliver a welcoming front of house experience. Adaptable and responsive, you’ll confidently prioritise tasks and support the team as day to day needs change.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Act as the first point of contact for facilities management queries, including cleaning, catering, front of house coordination, services and security.
- Providing administrative support to the Premises team, including phone line coverage when required and escalation of more complex issues.
- Handling data entry and accurate record keeping, including utilities, invoices, landlord documentation and facilities records.
- Processing payments and invoices, tracking approvals and responding to payment enquiries from suppliers, landlords and councils.
- Ensuring compliance with security procedures, contractor documentation and access pass management.
- Supporting car parking, access control and security system administration, including maintaining data quality.
- Assisting with fleet management, including pool car bookings, colleague checks, EV portal administration and scheduled maintenance.
- Supporting the team with reporting and data preparation for Workplace Experience and Property Solutions.
