Overview

Join to apply for the Data&Reporting Analyst role at Skipton Building Society. This role sits in our Data Capability team, collaborating with Data Scientists, Data Visualisation professionals and Data Governance experts to transform raw data into meaningful insights and design dashboards and reporting solutions that support smarter, faster decision making across the Society.

  • Hours: 35 hours per week; hybrid working
  • Salary: £42,500 Per Annum
  • Closing Date: Tue, 26 Aug 2025

Responsibilities

As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a proactive role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights. By designing intuitive dashboards and reporting solutions, you’ll help teams across the Society make smarter, faster decisions, unlocking the full potential of our data to drive operational improvements and strategic outcomes.

  • Expert in Data Analysis and Visualisation
  • Expert Knowledge of Power BI
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management
  • Proficient in DevOps
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of Data Management
  • Knowledge of data modelling principles
  • Power BI
  • SSRS
  • Awareness of Azure cloud services – particularly Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage
  • Languages: SQL and DAX
