Work 18 hours per week, permanent, based primarily in West Kirby with occasional work in Chester. Saturdays in Chester are on a rota basis (approximately 2 Saturdays per month) and you will receive time back in lieu.
Salary – £23,600 pro rata (£11,800 for 18 hours per week). Closing date – Thu, 30 Oct 2025.
What will you be doing?
- Be the first point of contact, warmly welcoming customers both in‑branch and over the phone.
- Engage and understand customers’ needs through insightful questioning and offer tailored solutions.
- Listen attentively to each customer’s unique circumstances and provide personalised solutions.
- Proactively reach out to customers by phone to identify needs and discuss how we can support them.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our internal systems, with a focus on identifying and supporting vulnerable customers.
- Adhere to our policies, standards and controls, receiving comprehensive training and coaching.

- Previous experience interacting with customers, preferably in a bank, building society or contact‑centre environment.
- Ability to work well alongside others, demonstrating a one‑team mindset.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to react quickly in a busy environment.
