Product Engineer (Full-stack + AI) London · Old Street · Onsite (5 days/week) · Skippr AI
Hey, we're Skippr AI. We build an AI agent, led by voice and vision, that operates software for people: they just ask, and it onboards them, guides them, and does the work. We're a small, 100% AI-native team in Old Street, London, backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Moonfire, and angels from Google, Twilio, and Meta. We don't just build agents, we use AI to optimize our own work every single day.
Some experience with a modern stack like ours (Hono, React, Neon, TypeScript, Python) or with AI-powered apps and agents is beneficial, but it isn't a strict requirement.
- Own features end-to-end: From intuitive user interfaces to scalable backend services and AI agent orchestration.
- Shape intuitive experience for voice-first agent, and build the system behind it: tool use + MCP, memory, and real-time voice & vision.
- You have at least 4 years of experience building software.
- You're a 0→1 builder who has shipped to production, ideally rapidly shipping apps and building scalable systems in containerised environments.
- You use coding agent tools like Claude Code or Codex as your daily driver.
- You can juggle shifting priorities, decide when to let small fires burn, and when to dive in.
You want remote or hybrid work. This is an in-office role, 5 days a week in our Old Street office. Priorities shift, experiments fail, and new opportunities appear. Early-stage means wearing multiple hats, solving unscoped problems, and building with imperfect information.
Competitive salary plus meaningful equity (EMI options): Everyone here has skin in the game and upside if we win. The chance to define entirely new markets for AI agents. Pension, private health insurance, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. We're obsessive about the problem, love what we're building, and keep the culture sharp but supportive.
