As part of the management team at our flagship location, this position is focussed on leading by example, growing the treatment and retail business, treatment training, retail coaching, front of house management, operations management. You should be sales focussed, professional, thorough, driven, passionate about skin care and focussed on achieving results in your role. A qualified beauty therapist is required for this role. Currently working at Assistant Manager level or Senior Therapist ambitious to progress.
The role:
- 80% of time in treatment, training, operations management:
- Leading by example with your professionalism, expertise and results
- Performing treatments, upselling, retailing and rebooking
- Coaching of the team to achieve their KPIs and thrive in their role
- Treatment training, ensuring consistently high standards
- Achieving business sales goals through strong re-bookings and retail
- Skin consultations and retailing to walk-in clients
- Overseeing operations and ensuring correct processes are followed
- Scheduling client appointments, maximising treatment bookings through effective online appointment scheduling, re-bookings in-store and quick follow up of incoming client emails and calls
- Confidently managing client issues
- A keyholder, ensuring security processes followed by all team members
Essential experience:
- A qualified Beauty Therapist
- Strong skincare sales experience and results
- Spa/Clinic/Salon scheduling and operations experience
- A deep knowledge of skin issues, products and ingredients
Desirable experience:
- Treatment training
- Retail coaching
- People management and development experience
