We are seeking a professional, skilled, and personable Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team on a commission based basis. This role is ideal for a motivated beauty professional who is passionate about enhancing clients' appearance and confidence through expert treatments. This position offers the flexibility to grow your income based on performance, with earning potential discussed in detail during the interview. Key Responsibilities
- Perform customised beauty treatments including facials, medicated facials, head spa treatments, and body contouring
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilisation in line with health and safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client preferences
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and professional client experience
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
- Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client results and maximise earning potential
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in facials and beauty therapy treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication skills to confidently explain treatments and address client questions
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently while managing appointments efficiently within a team setting
