We’re hiring a commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead the strategy, direction and execution of all marketing at Skinnydip. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of digital performance as well as brand, creative and channel strategy. You will define how Skinnydip shows up across every touchpoint, driving both immediate revenue and long-term brand growth. With a strong focus on digital marketing, you’ll own performance across paid media, CRM, affiliates and emerging channels, while shaping the broader marketing vision across brand, campaigns and international expansion.

About the Role

You will be responsible for setting and delivering the overall marketing strategy, balancing performance and brand to drive profitable growth across the UK and internationally. Working closely with Ecommerce, Creative, Product and Leadership teams, you’ll ensure all marketing activity is aligned, commercially effective and culturally relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Leadership & Strategy
    • Define and lead Skinnydip’s overall marketing strategy across all channels
    • Own the marketing roadmap, aligning brand, digital and commercial priorities
    • Set clear KPIs across performance, brand and customer growth
    • Lead, mentor and scale the marketing team
  • Digital & Performance Marketing (Core Focus)
    • Own the digital marketing budget with accountability for revenue, ROAS, CAC and profitability
    • Lead strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok and Google (Search, Shopping & PMAX)
    • Drive both demand generation and demand capture at scale
    • Continuously test, optimise and innovate across channels, formats and creative
  • CRM & Retention
    • Own CRM strategy across email and SMS (Ometria)
    • Build and optimise lifecycle journeys to drive LTV and repeat purchase
    • Lead segmentation and personalisation strategies
    • Ensure CRM is fully integrated into campaigns, launches and trading calendar
  • Affiliate, Creator & Partnerships
    • Own and scale the affiliate programme and performance partnerships
    • Identify and onboard new creators, partners and networks
    • Work closely with influencer and content teams to maximise ROI and brand impact
  • Brand & Campaign Direction
    • Lead the development of 360 marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail and partnerships
    • Work closely with Creative and Brand teams to ensure a consistent, standout brand identity
    • Balance short-term performance with long-term brand building
  • Organic Growth (SEO & Content)
    • Own SEO and organic growth strategy
    • Drive traffic and revenue through search, content and landing page optimisation
    • Identify cultural and product-led opportunities to win organically
  • App & Customer Engagement
    • Own app growth, engagement and retention strategy
    • Drive downloads, usage and revenue through push, exclusives and campaigns
  • Analytics, Data & Insight
    • Own marketing analytics across Shopify, GA4 and attribution tools
    • Report on key KPIs including Revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV and contribution
    • Translate data into clear strategic decisions and actions
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner closely with Ecommerce, Merchandising and Product teams
    • Align marketing with onsite experience, trading calendar and launches
    • Play a key role in international expansion, particularly US growth

About You

  • 8–10+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and performance within ecommerce or DTC
  • Proven experience leading marketing strategy and managing high-performing teams
  • Deep hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on profitable growth
  • Experience across CRM, retention and lifecycle marketing
  • Confident using data and analytics to drive decisions
  • Equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing tactically
  • Experience scaling brands internationally, particularly in the US
  • Strong understanding of brand building alongside performance marketing
  • Experience in app marketing and retention
  • Familiarity with influencer-led and UGC-driven growth strategies
  • Experience with attribution and incrementality testing
