We’re hiring a commercially driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale Skinnydip’s digital performance. This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for budget, performance, and profitable growth across paid media, CRM, affiliates, and emerging channels. You’ll play a key role in driving UK and international growth, working closely with Ecommerce, Creative and Brand teams to deliver campaigns that convert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance & Budget Ownership
    • Own the digital marketing budget with clear accountability for revenue, ROAS, CAC and profitability
    • Lead forecasting, pacing and performance reporting
    • Identify opportunities to scale revenue while improving efficiency and contribution margin
  • Paid Media (Meta, TikTok & Google)
    • Own strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok and Google (Search, Shopping & PMAX)
    • Drive both demand generation (paid social) and demand capture (search & shopping)
    • Continuously test creatives, audiences and formats to improve performance
    • Brief and collaborate on high-performing content (UGC, creators, product-led, trend-driven)
  • CRM & Retention (Ometria)
    • Own CRM strategy across email and SMS
    • Build and optimise lifecycle journeys (welcome, browse abandon, post-purchase, winback)
    • Drive LTV, repeat purchase rate and engagement through segmentation and personalisation
    • Align CRM with trading calendar, launches and campaigns
  • Affiliate & Creator Marketing
    • Own and grow the affiliate programme
    • Identify and onboard new partners, creators and networks
    • Optimise commission structures to drive incremental revenue
    • Work closely with influencer/content teams to maximise performance
  • SEO (Organic Growth)
    • Own SEO strategy with a focus on revenue-driving organic growth
    • Identify keyword opportunities across products, categories and trends
    • Optimise site structure, landing pages and on-site content
    • Monitor rankings, technical performance and organic conversion
  • App Marketing
    • Own app growth and performance strategy
    • Optimise push notifications and engagement
    • Plan app-exclusive campaigns and offers
    • Track revenue, retention and customer behaviour
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Own tracking across Shopify and GA4
    • Report on key KPIs: Revenue, ROAS, CAC, CR, AOV, LTV
    • Analyse channel performance and attribution
    • Turn data into clear, actionable insights
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Ecommerce, Merchandising and Brand teams on campaigns and launches
    • Align marketing activity with onsite merchandising and trading calendar
    • Support international expansion, particularly US growth

About You

  • 7+ years in digital or performance marketing, ideally ecommerce or DTC
  • Strong hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
  • Proven track record managing and scaling paid media budgets
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Ometria or similar)
  • Solid understanding of SEO and organic growth
  • Strong analytical skills (GA4, Shopify)
  • Commercial mindset with a clear focus on profitability and growth

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling brands internationally (especially US)
  • App marketing and retention experience
  • Understanding of influencer/UGC-led performance marketing
  • Familiarity with attribution and incrementality testing
