About the Role
This hybrid role blends the best of retail and customer service, offering you the chance to become an expert in our products while providing top-tier support to our customers across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service in-store and online, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable.
- Providing knowledgeable, honest, and tailored product advice to help customers find exactly what they need.
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and store standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Managing stock efficiently: receiving deliveries, processing returns/refunds, and rotating inventory.
- Handling sales transactions confidently and accurately on the till.
- Assisting customers via email and live chat, resolving queries related to orders, refunds, and logistics.
- Keeping up-to-date with Skinnydip’s latest products, promotions, and brand news.
- Supporting the wider team with store cleanliness, merchandising, and daily operations.
- Navigating multiple IT systems with ease to provide smooth service.
