We’re now hiring a full-time TikTok Shop Manager (40 hours/week) to take ownership of our TikTok Shop growth. You’ll be responsible for scaling revenue, managing creators, and executing campaigns that drive real sales.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to scale TikTok Shop revenue
- Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing TikTok creators and affiliates
- Negotiate deals, commissions, and contracts with influencers
- Provide clear creative direction to creators for high-converting content
- Launch, monitor, and optimize TikTok Shop campaigns in real time
