In just 3 years, we’ve grown from 0 to 150,000+ customers, and influencer marketing is one of our most important growth channels going forward. Now, we’re looking for a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of this channel and scale it to the next level.
Tasks
- Own the influencer channel end-to-end, from strategy to execution to optimization.
- Develop and execute a clear influencer marketing strategy aligned with Skinnify’s growth goals.
- Source, recruit, and manage creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and scale programs using impact, LTK, ShopMy, etc.
- Identify high-performing creators and turn them into long-term brand partners.
- Manage influencer contracts, payouts, tracking links, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate closely with paid media, content, and creative teams.
- Analyze performance (ROI, CPA, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Stay on top of influencer, UGC, and social commerce trends.
- Ensure brand alignment, authenticity, and compliance across all partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing for DTC e-commerce brands.
- Hands-on experience with impact, LTK, and/or ShopMy.
- Strong strategic thinking - you know how to scale influencer programs profitably.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of performance metrics.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done.
