We’re now hiring a full-time TikTok Shop Manager (40 hours/week) to take ownership of our TikTok Shop growth. You’ll be responsible for scaling revenue, managing creators, and executing campaigns that drive real sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to scale TikTok Shop revenue
  • Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing TikTok creators and affiliates
  • Negotiate deals, commissions, and contracts with influencers
  • Provide clear creative direction to creators for high-converting content
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize TikTok Shop campaigns in real time
  • Analyze performance metrics (sales, CVR, ROI) and scale winning campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on ad concepts and offers
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, features, and growth opportunities
