Skin + Me is seeking a Head of Growth for a 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover) in a hybrid role. You will own profit growth through acquisition and retention, manage the media budget, and lead a five-person channel team across all brands.
You’ll work closely with brand, product, copy, design and dev, making data-driven decisions using AI and analytics to optimise campaigns and improve customer lifetime value.
