Job Description: Patient Coordinator at Skin MD

We are seeking a client-facing sales and marketing professional, preferably a licensed Medical Aesthetician with laser experience, for our Shrewsbury location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence, a proactive yet tactful personality, credibility, high integrity, and an excellent work ethic. They should excel in building relationships and creating lifelong partnerships with patients, thriving in a high-energy environment.

The Patient Coordinator\’s responsibilities include:

1. Educating patients and potential patients about our services and developing highly customized treatment plans to help them look and feel their best.
2. Selling the value of our services during consultations and treatments.
3. Following up with previous patients to cultivate ongoing relationships and renew interest in our offerings.
4. Building community partnerships and increasing brand exposure.
5. Encouraging patients to share their positive experiences and promote Skin MD.
6. Making outside calls and participating in community marketing, including health & wellness trade shows and outreach to local complementary businesses.
7. Coaching and developing staff to promote business growth.
8. Managing daily clinic operations, including accounting, scheduling, sales, marketing, client retention, and inventory management.
9. Fostering a strong clinic culture and motivating team members for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in business-to-consumer settings.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building lasting relationships with patients.
• Licensed Medical Aesthetician with laser experience.
• Proven success in exceeding revenue and profit targets through relationship-building.
• Strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and highly driven.
• Industry experience in Esthetic, Cosmetic, Health & Wellness, Weight Loss, Hair Restoration, Plastic Surgery, Med Spa, Lasik, PR and Marketing, Fitness, or related fields is preferred but not required.
