We're a newly formed company based in Fulham, London whose business model is to acquire and scale medical aesthetics clinics across the UK. Our strategy is simple but powerful: consolidate a fragmented, high-growth industry by backing great clinicians and improving operations, enabling sustainable growth allowing clinicians to focus on patient care amidst evolving regulations.
We're founded by a former BCG Principal with deep experience in strategy and medical aesthetics and a former Goldman Sachs Vice President with an extensive track record in M&A. We’ve recently raised capital and are actively executing live deals, with several acquisitions in progress.
OVERVIEW
We're hiring an M&A Analyst to join our founding team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London (4 days in office, 1 day working remotely).
As the M&A Analyst, you will work closely with the founders across all stages of our clinic acquisition process - from due diligence and deal negotiation to integration planning and execution. You will also play a key role in building and structuring the company’s core corporate functions as we scale.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with the founders to execute clinic acquisitions end-to-end
- Support due diligence, financial analysis, and deal structuring; coordinate legal, financial and operational workstreams
- Develop and implement post-acquisition business / integration plans
- Support the Group Finance Director and Group Head of People in the design and build of our internal corporate functions
- Create processes and reporting tools to support data-driven decision making
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the founders across key business priorities
- Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Prepare material for Board of Directors / Investor meetings
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, audit, and corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- A builder’s mindset - able to create systems, processes, and structure from scratch.
- Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis software.
- Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics or the consumer/retail sector is an advantage.
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams.
- Can Do attitude, team player, and excited to be part of a mission-driven start-up from the ground up.
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience + up to 10% bonus
Location: Fulham, London (SW6)
Work type: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
