Job Role: Clinic Manager
Location: Primarily Fulham-based, with cross-site responsibilities extending to our Marylebone clinic and UK-wide digital services. Some remote flexibility may be available depending on operational needs.

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and operationally capable Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our growing multidisciplinary healthcare services across both Dr.Dropin and skindoc.
- This is a varied and hands-on operational leadership role spanning private healthcare operations, digi-physical healthcare delivery, telemedicine, governance, compliance, team leadership and service improvement.
- The successful candidate will primarily be based at our Fulham clinic while also supporting operational oversight of our Marylebone location and digital clinical pathways.
- You will work across two closely integrated healthcare businesses operating as one collaborative team, supporting services spanning dermatology, GP and psychology care.
- This role would suit someone who enjoys ownership, structure, problem-solving and operational leadership within a fast-moving healthcare environment.
- Please note: clinics operate during evenings and weekends, and occasional on-call operational support may be required. Candidates must be available for this flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations across Fulham, Marylebone and digital services.
- Line manage reception, administration, HCA/nursing and virtual support staff.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and disciplinary processes.
- Manage rota coordination, staffing coverage and sickness monitoring.
- Coordinate incident management, complaints handling and governance follow-up.
- Support CQC readiness and maintenance of governance standards.
- Maintain governance trackers and mandatory training compliance.
- Support safeguarding, infection control, GDPR and risk assessment processes.
- Coordinate operational audits and support clinical audit cycles.
- Support digi-physical and teledermatology service delivery.
- Monitor operational KPIs, including commercial performance metrics, patient conversion rates, customer support metrics, revenue targets and support service improvement initiatives.
- Help improve systems, workflows and operational efficiency across services.
- The role may be expected to support the CQC Registered Manager function as nominated individual, and, in time, hold the post as Registered Manager. Applicants with existing Registered Manager experience or CQC inspection readiness skills are particularly welcomed.

- Previous experience within healthcare operations or clinic management.
- Experience managing teams within healthcare or clinical environments.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Strong operational problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

- Digitally confident and comfortable using modern healthcare systems.
- Understanding of HR, governance, confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Commercial awareness within a private and self-pay healthcare environment, including understanding of revenue drivers, patient journey optimization and P&L accountability.

- Experience within private healthcare or NHS practice management.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with telemedicine or digital healthcare services.
- Experience with Semble, Microsoft 365, G Suite or digital patient systems.
