Are you a strategic, hands‑on marketer with a passion for brands? We're looking for an exceptional individual to join the SkinBioTherapeutics group on a 12-month fixed‑term maternity cover, taking ownership of marketing, customer service and brand communications across our growing portfolio of science-backed skin health brands. This is a rare, high‑impact role that spans the full breadth of our business — from campaign management/implementation and brand development to B2B customer service and PLC‑level communications. While the role is advertised with standard working hours, we are willing to consider flexible hours for an exceptional candidate whose skills and experience align with our needs.

About Us: SkinBioTherapeutics is a life science company advancing skin health from the inside out and outside in. Our portfolio spans topical innovations — including Zenakine, the world’s first neurocosmetic ingredient, and Dermatonics, a clinically supported foot and hand care range — plus AxisBiotix, a food supplement supporting the gut–skin axis. Backed by in‑house manufacturing and scientific discovery, we move efficiently from concept to commercialisation.

The Role: Working across multiple brands, you’ll lead marketing strategy and execution, oversee B2B and B2C customer service, and manage corporate communications for our PLC. You’ll be supported by a marketing executive and intern and work closely with finance, sales, agencies and subsidiaries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Brand & Marketing: Oversee brand refresh rollout, updating POS, guidelines and marketing collateral; Provide retail, online and wholesale channels with relevant brand materials; Lead integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, paid and brand channels; Establish and maintain a corporate communications calendar across the group; Manage Meta and Google advertising — optimising spend and creative performance; Drive online revenue across websites and Amazon; Coordinate NPD pipeline activity; Manage B2B and consumer customer service queries across all brands; Manage Trustpilot reviews and overall customer sentiment.
  • PLC Communications: Manage SkinBioTherapeutics LinkedIn content and corporate communications; Support the preparation and distribution of PLC‑level updates and announcements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing and customer service, ideally across multiple brands.
  • Fluency in digital and performance marketing — paid social, CRM, influencer, SEO/website and content.
  • Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong commercial acumen — able to redirect priorities and budgets across channels and brands.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead cross‑functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
  • A degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
