We're looking for a Product Designer to help us scale experimentation across the + Me brands.
This is a high-execution role with room for growth.
You'll create designs for a steady flow of A/B tests across multiple brands, covering the full customer journey from landing pages and consultation flows through to checkout, the account area and subscription management.
Product Management and Product Design work as one shared function here.
You'll report to the Head of Product and work side by side with our Product Managers, with support from our wider Creative team.
As our dedicated Product Designer, you'll have real ownership of the digital experience across our brands and a genuine voice in where we take it next.
We're a small Product team supporting multiple brands, so we use AI to scale how we work. You'll already be using AI in your design workflow and be excited to push it further.
What you'll do
- Create high-quality designs for A/B tests across our brands' digital journeys, from landing pages and consultation flows to checkout, the account area and subscription management.
- Hand over polished, build-ready designs that Tech can implement with confidence.
- Use AI to scale design delivery and automate admin, from design system upkeep to handoff and process improvements, and share what works with the wider team.
- Bring your own ideas to the table.
Spot opportunities in data, customer insight and competitor journeys, and help shape our experiment pipeline rather than only delivering against it.
- Keep a close eye on competitors and on emerging design principles, trends and technologies, and use what you learn to raise the bar on our designs.
- Run lightweight research, such as quick usability tests and reviewing customer service insight, to validate ideas and sharpen your designs.
- Build on our + Me design system, improving it and helping it scale across multiple brands so each one feels consistent, distinctive and fast to design for.
- Work closely with engineers to make sure designs are built as intended, finding the leanest route to a high-quality experience.
- Get involved beyond design delivery if you want to grow your skills, from shaping requirements and writing tickets to testing work before it goes live.
Who you are
- These are the skills we're looking for. Even if you don't tick every box but feel you're right for us, we'd still love to hear from you.
- You have a portfolio that shows strong UI craft and end-to-end UX thinking.
- You have a solid foundation in digital design principles, including visual hierarchy, interaction design, accessibility and mobile-first design.
- You already use AI in your design workflow and you're passionate about continuing to develop how you use it.
- You're confident in Figma and comfortable working within a design system.
- You've shipped work with engineers in an agile team.
- You can work at pace and handle a high volume of work without losing your eye for detail.
- You're curious about data and motivated by seeing what moves the numbers.
- You're a clear communicator who can explain design decisions to non-designers and actively seeks out feedback.
- You're proactive and self-motivated, and you're excited by the ownership that comes with being the dedicated designer in a small team.
It would be a bonus if you have experience in
- A/B testing or experimentation.
- D2C subscription or e-commerce.
- Healthcare or another regulated sector, designing safe and trustworthy experiences.
- UX copywriting.
