Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals. We’re looking for an experienced Junior Designer to join our Creative Team at Skin + Me. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

As Junior Designer you’ll work closely with Creative + Growth teams to create a constant stream of exciting, effective, engaging and on-brand marketing assets for all Skin + Me channels. With a focus on designing for our paid and organic social channels and CRM design, you’ll take on a pivotal role in the business as we embark on our next stage of growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working as a Junior Designer with experience in creative paid and organic social assets as well as CRM design. The successful candidate will have a brilliant eye for detail and a love for all things design. You’re passionate about all things skincare and have heaps of new ideas to bring to projects.

What you'll do:

  • Create still and animated assets for all + Me business units, digital and print channels
  • Be involved in the end to end creation of paid ads working closely with the Growth Marketing Team
  • Create engaging designs for our newsletters and other CRM assets
  • Bring new exciting social media ideas to life through collaboration with our Social Media team
  • Support the wider marketing team, from influencers to PR and partnerships, with creating bespoke assets for their channels
  • Assist on in-house photo/video shoots
  • Be a brand guardian and a brand champion, ensuring high quality, consistent creative across all touchpoints

Who you are:

  • Experience in a Junior Designer role, ideally within the beauty industry
  • An obsession with all things social and the online beauty / skincare community
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Photography + video skills (preferable)
  • PremierePro and After Effects (preferable)
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn, especially around new creative tools — including AI-assisted workflows that can enhance concepting, visual exploration, and process efficiency.
  • An excellent eye for design and attention to detail
  • Happy to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills - you’ll be working with people in different teams across the company
  • A team player who’s happy to get stuck in, likes collaborating, bringing new campaign ideas
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial nature, highly self-organised and able to prioritise your workload
