We’re looking for a highly capable, proactive Group Assistant to support two fast-growing consumer beauty brands: Skin In Motion (makeup) and Jimmy Coco (luxury tanning).
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate, early in their career who is smart, ambitious, highly organised and has a strong creative instinct. You’ll work closely with a small, fast-moving team and gain broad exposure to how modern beauty brands are built and scaled.
You’ll be the safe pair of hands supporting our 4–5 person team across a wide range of operational, brand and business tasks — from customer support and administration to assisting with marketing, social media and day-to-day business operations.
If you’re naturally curious, solutions-focused and excited by the pace of growing brands, this role will give you incredible hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business.
- Supporting day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Managing and responding to customer support enquiries
- Assisting with social media and content coordination
- Helping with marketing, launches and brand projects
- Supporting finance admin (Xero)
- Updating or overseeing Shopify / website content
- General team support to keep the business running smoothly
- UGC content management / influencer management
Skills required:
- Canva and visual content skills
- Xero familiarity (a bonus)
- Some Shopify or website management experience (a bonus)
- A social media native with a good eye for brand and content
Remote role (approx. Competitive for an early graduate career role, with the opportunity to grow quickly in responsibility and salary as the brands scale).
