The Role
As a Trade Marketing Coordinator for Skin Rocks, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing plans across our retail partners (currently Liberty, Space NK, and Brown Thomas/Arnotts) and our growing Professional (Pro) channel.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help implement strategic initiatives, retail activations, and commercial campaigns that drive visibility, sell-through, and partner engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who is skincare-obsessed, proactive, highly organised, and excited by the fast pace of a high-growth beauty brand. You should be comfortable working under pressure, adaptable to positive change, and bring a sense of humour to the team.
Responsibilities
Retail & Trade Marketing
- Support the day-to-day management of key retail partners, including Liberty, Space NK and Brown Thomas/Arnotts.
- Assist in the implementation of retail marketing plans and activation calendars.
- Coordinate visual merchandising updates, ensuring brand consistency and strong in-store presentation.
- Manage the creation, delivery, and execution of trade marketing assets (e.g., crib sheets, sales copy, POS materials, education tools).
- Support NPD launches across retail partners, including ensuring partners have assets and information in advance.
- Coordinate GWP and promotional marketing activities from concept through to execution, working closely with operations, creative and external suppliers where needed.
- Maintain and update partner-specific timelines, launch trackers, and retail marketing calendars.
Professional (Pro) Channel Marketing
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives for the Skin Rocks Pro channel to drive awareness, engagement, and commercial performance.
- Coordinate marketing materials and communication tools for Pro partners and practitioners.
- Work cross-functionally with design, communications, and content teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation.
- Update and manage timelines, project plans, and partner communications for Pro marketing campaigns.
General Marketing Support
- Raise and track marketing purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate reconciliation with the Marketing Manager.
- Assist with organisation and logistics for events, trainings, and partner presentations where needed.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 yearsโ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or a similar role ideally within the beauty industry.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
