- Support professional partners through in-clinic training, events, launches, workshops, and digital education sessions.
- Confidently teach Skin Rocks products, treatment protocols, and professional techniques in a way that feels clear, relatable, and results-focused.
- Deliver practical and theoretical training across advanced professional treatments.
- Help maintain exceptional education standards across all touchpoints and learning experiences.
- Oversee the day-to-day readiness of the training space, ensuring equipment, products, materials, and set-up are fully prepared for each session.
- Adapt training delivery for different audiences and learning styles, whether in-person, virtual, or on stage.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Pro teams to support business growth through exceptional education delivery.
- Represent Skin Rocks at industry events, partner activations, and professional launches.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, skin science, ingredients, and treatment innovation.
- Travel as required to support training and events; this will vary depending on the schedule and may include overnight stays, with notice provided in advance.
What You'll Bring
- Level 4 qualified in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- A teaching or assessor qualification is essential.
- Qualified in microneedling and chemical peels, with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical experience.

- Confident delivering both practical and theoretical training to different audiences.
- Passionate about skin health, treatment results, and professional education.
- Comfortable delivering training in person and virtually.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology to support smooth, professional training delivery.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced growing brand.
- A strong communicator who can engage, inspire, and make complex topics easy to understand.
- Positive, collaborative, and excited to be part of building something impactful.
- Experience in B2B professional skincare, including working with salons, clinics, and aestheticians.
- Willing to travel when required for training and events, including occasional overnight stays.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable but never intimidating; someone who can command a room while keeping education accessible, engaging, and genuinely useful. You’ll bring credibility, warmth, and energy to every training session, and care deeply about helping professionals feel confident in both their treatment delivery and product knowledge. At Skin Rocks, education sits at the centre of everything we do, and this role will play a key part in shaping how our professional partners experience the brand. Travel expectations and wider role scope can be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
