Job Description The Company Skin Rocks Limited, founded by Caroline Hirons, is a skincare company underpinned by education, authenticity, and authority. Team Skin Rocks is a powerhouse business with an ever-growing portfolio of projects and campaigns that celebrates and showcases every facet of skincare. The Role We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to support the Finance Officer in the day to day running of the department. You will play a crucial role in the team ensuring smooth processing of administrative tasks and support on various projects as required. Reporting to the Finance Officer, you will be a collaborative team player with an eye for detail. This is a part time role and we are open to what this looks like for the right candidate – whether it be working shorter days across the working week or 3 full days per week. Responsibilities Work closely with the Finance Officer to ensure accurate end-to-end accounting. Promptly processing invoices and credit notes and allocating them to the relevant purchase orders. Following up on outstanding invoices and being the first point of contact for supplier and employee invoicing queries.
