Education Manager

Full Time Position Based in London

Team Skin Rocks is a powerhouse business with an ever-growing portfolio of projects and campaigns that celebrates and showcases every facet of skincare. As we enter the professional channel, we seek a Senior Educator to craft and deliver world-class education for skin professionals.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Educator who thrives at the intersection of science, compelling storytelling, and training. This role will be responsible for developing engaging training modules and treatment protocols for both retail and professional applications, ensuring Skin Rocks' philosophy is consistently communicated.

The ideal candidate is not only a compelling presenter but also an adaptable educator who can tailor content to different learning styles. They will work closely with our Founder, Pro and NPD team to develop clinical content, white papers, and compliant training materials. Additionally, they will play a key role in supporting sales efforts, collaborating cross-functionally, and representing the brand at professional events.

Responsibilities:

Education & Training Development

·      Develop, refine, and deliver professional training programs, ensuring alignment with Skin Rocks’ philosophy and clinical standards.

·      Create and refine treatment protocols for professional services, incorporating techniques, device integration, and best practices.

·      Adapt training content for varied learning styles using interactive storytelling, case studies, and digital tools.

·      Produce on-demand, virtual, and in-person training modules for skin & aesthetic professionals.

·      Deliver live and recorded training sessions to professionals across different platforms.

·      Design quizzes and assessments to reinforce knowledge retention and evaluate learning outcomes.

·      Uphold brand standards for both theoretical and practical aspects of education and training.

·      Maintain treatment costings in line with pricing and protocol development.

·      Set up, implement, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of educational programs.

Clinical & Regulatory Collaboration

·      Work alongside the Regulatory Officer and NPD team to develop clinical/white papers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

·      Translate complex skin science into digestible, engaging content for professional audiences.

·      Stay up to date with industry regulations to ensure all training materials meet professional and legal standards.

Sales & Business Support

·      Partner with the sales team to equip them with educational tools, helping drive professional adoption and sale of Skin Rocks products.

·      Develop B2B education initiatives to support account retention and growth.

·      Assist in the creation of marketing-aligned training materials, webinars, and clinical case studies.

Industry Engagement & Events

·      Represent Skin Rocks at trade shows, live events, and in-clinic demonstrations.

·      Conduct hands-on treatment trainings for professional accounts, ensuring correct product usage.

·      Act as an industry thought leader, sharing insights through public speaking and professional development programs.

About you

Skincare Expertise: Deep knowledge of retail and professional skincare, with a strong background in treatment protocols and skin science.

Education Mastery: Proven bility to design and present compelling, adaptable training programs for professionals.

Clinical & Regulatory Understanding: Experience collaborating on white papers, clinical documentation, and compliance-related education.

Engaging Presenter: Exceptional storytelling, public speaking, and audience engagement skills.

Tech-Savvy Educator: Comfortable using digital learning platforms, video content, and interactive training tools.

Collaborative & Strategic: Works cross-functionally to support sales, marketing, and product development.

Event-Ready: Confident conducting live demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and industry presentations.

Skillset, Experience and Qualifications

·      Minimum 5+ years in professional skincare education, aesthetic training, or clinical instruction.

·      Background as an aesthetician, cosmetic chemist, or skincare trainer is a strong plus.

·      Experience in B2B professional skincare, including working with salons, clinics and aestheticians.

·      Strong written skills for clinical content development, white papers, and training materials.

·      Willingness to travel for events, training sessions, and professional account support.

Salary: dependent on experience.
