Product Manager in London

Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals. We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join the team at Skin + Me bringing strong data analysis skills and a deep understanding of both business and technical aspects of the role. This role also requires a strong design sensibility and the ability to be hands‑on with UX/UI responsibilities to help shape the future of our digital experience. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

As Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in the Product function at Skin + Me as we embark on our next stage of growth. Reporting into our Head of Product, you will work hand‑in‑hand with Product Design and collaborate closely with engineering, clinical and commercial teams to solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes for customers and the business.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Product Management and is equally comfortable jumping into Figma to wireframe a solution or refine a user flow. You possess a meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic and functional excellence. This is a key role with strong ties to multiple internal teams at Skin + Me. The successful candidate will communicate well with stakeholders across the business and be innovative and entrepreneurial in nature.

• Autonomy & ownership: From initial discovery to design, deployment and beyond, you’ll own projects in which we build solutions that deliver measurable business impact. You demonstrate a strong bias towards action, take project ownership with minimal supervision and take initiative to achieve business outcomes.

You enjoy working closely with designers to shape clear, effective journeys, and you’re equally comfortable contributing directly to sketches, wireframes, or designs to help bring ideas to life.
• Data-driven decision making: As an expert in leveraging data to inform decisions and shape recommendations, you feel comfortable conducting deep analytics and interpreting KPIs, SLAs, and A/B test results to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement.
• Technical acumen: You’re comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints. You have a strong ability to evaluate trade‑offs between speed, scale, and user experience, ensuring solutions are both technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Collaboration & stakeholder management: You have a strong track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams. You thrive in cross‑functional teams and will enjoy working closely with designers, developers, marketing teams, prescribers and beyond.
• Communication: Your excellent communication skills will enable you to engage effectively with cross‑functional teams and translate insights into actionable, high‑impact product decisions.
• An Agile mindset: Experience working directly with engineering teams, managing the product backlog, writing detailed user stories, creating designs, and ensuring smooth execution of product goals.

• Significant Product Management experience ideally in a D2C subscription, e‑commerce, or med‑tech based business.
• Familiarity with Figma and a passion for UI and UX. You understand how to leverage design excellence to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to use both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform quick decision making.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and become an expert quickly in a wide range of areas within the business.
• A meticulous attention to detail coupled with the ability & willingness to work at pace.
• A keen eye for identifying process improvements and challenging the status‑quo.
• Exceptional organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial nature, with no need to be micromanaged.
• Experience facilitating design sprints or ideation workshops to turn messy problems into clear, visual solutions.
