  • Software Licensing and Procurement: Manage renewals, upgrades, and compliance with licence terms; identify opportunities to consolidate tools and reduce costs; evaluate new tools or vendors in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • IT Security and Compliance: Deploy and support endpoint security (encryption, antivirus, patching, MDM); support audits, risk assessments, and security awareness initiatives; lead the development and enforcement of IT policies and standards.
  • Process Improvement and Scalability: Continuously review and refine IT processes to improve efficiency and UX; introduce automation or monitoring tools where beneficial; collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate IT needs as the company grows.
  • Additional context: A daily challenge in a thrilling, entrepreneurial start-up environment; opportunities to make a difference within a revolutionary company focused on improving millions of lives. Commitment to personal growth and broad experience across the role.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to project-manage and drive change
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong documentation habits
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for learning new tools

  • Exposure to automation/scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
  • Experience in a fast-scaling or ecommerce environment
  • Awareness of security and compliance standards (e.g. SOC 2)
