As an Assistant Counter Manager at Skin + Me you’ll be responsible for the achievement of all retail objectives in store. You will lead your team by setting the perfect example, you will maximise all sales opportunities and ensure that the team provides the best customer service and shopping experience at all times., * Manage a small team of Skincare Sales Advisors by motivating staff and delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met, and high customer service standards are maintained

Be responsible for achieving and exceeding in store sales targets, both individually and as a team

Through daily team meetings, effective communication, and recognition of positive work you will ensure the in-store teams remain motivated and work to achieve individual and counter targets

Working with the Field Sales & Education team and the Skincare Sales Advisor you will create innovative ways to improve customer experience and achieve sales targets. Including hosting events, new product launches, etc

Ensure the counter remains stocked at all times and reporting any concerns to the National Field Sales & Education team immediately

Be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with the retailer and department store staff

You will be responsible for ensuring daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration is completed to a high standard

You will ensure staff rotas and timesheets are completed in a timely and accurate manner
