Core Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting clients, walking them into the treatment room, and ensuring high-level care is provided throughout the appointment.
- Collecting information on patient status from a variety of sources using assessment skills including observation, communication, and physical assessment.
- Evaluating and treating clients within established treatment protocols.
- Providing a friendly and comfortable environment for clients to be treated in.
- Updating and maintaining client records on the system with their treatment details.
- Being adept and knowledgeable with the use of specific equipment.
- Being trained to efficiently operate the machines used for all Skin Laundry treatments.
- Providing clients with pre-and post-treatment care.
- Explaining all treatment procedures to clients.
- Performing skin analysis and evaluation to determine an appropriate treatment plan.
- Performing the required treatment in a time-efficient manner while maintaining a pleasant attitude.
- Advising and coordinating with clients on all aspects of the treatment and answering any questions or concerns they may have in a professional and friendly manner.
- Speaking with clients about additional services and recommendations.
- Answering clients’ questions or concerns about treatments and/or products.
- Managing clients with grace, even during peak demand.
- Informing clients about new treatments and discounts.
- Upselling treatments and products when appropriate.
- Proactively identifying and resolving client issues using Skin Laundry’s protocol system.
- Providing timely and comprehensive oral updates throughout the shift.
- Ensuring that the treatment rooms are clean and organized.
- Being responsible for all aspects of health and safety and compliance.
- Maintaining the strictest confidentiality and performing all duties in a professional manner.
- Assisting in the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for all operational areas of the clinic.
- Enforcing all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Working collaboratively with different team members of Skin Laundry.
- Supporting client coordinators and the front of house team with administrative responsibilities as required by the Business.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Customer Service
- Adhering to the Skin Laundry’s vision and brand values.
- Having knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent client service including client needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring correct information is available for the cashier to charge.

Job Type: Part time 30 hours over 4 days per week. The role expects flexibility to work both weekends and weekdays over a rotating schedule.
