Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager located in Greater London with flexibility for remote work. This individual will be instrumental in driving the D2C side of your business, turning our brand’s digital presence into a powerhouse for customer acquisition and retention. Qualifications E-Commerce Management Own and optimize the e-commerce platform (Shopify or equivalent) to maximize conversions, AOV (Average Order Value), and customer retention. Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies, including AB testing and UX enhancements. Oversee product launches, online merchandising, and promotional campaigns. Drive initiatives to grow subscription models and repeat purchases. Performance Marketing Develop and execute paid media strategies across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to achieve growth targets. Optimize campaigns for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost). Monitor analytics and performance metrics to refine targeting and budgeting. Retention and CRM Design and manage email/SMS marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, focusing on segmentation and personalization. Build loyalty programs and implement customer retention strategies to increase LTV (Lifetime Value). Develop post-purchase funnels to engage and re-engage customers effectively.
