About Us

Skin Cupid is a leading e-commerce platform on a mission to bring the very best of Asian skincare to a global audience. We are a curated destination for skincare lovers, offering a wide selection of high-quality products from the most innovative and trusted Asian beauty brands. We believe in empowering our community with knowledge and choice, making skincare shopping fun, accessible, and effective. Joining Skin Cupid means being part of a fast-growing, passionate team that celebrates cross-border beauty and wellness, both online and offline.

About the Role

You'll run our events programme day-to-day, build out our influencer and creator partnerships, and look after the PR activity that sits alongside them. This is a brand-side role for someone who lights up at the thought of an events calendar, a creator roster and a clipboard on shoot day. You'll help shape how Skin Cupid shows up beyond our owned digital channels, working closely with our Marketing Director to build a presence that's distinctive, talked-about and unmistakably us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Events & physical brand experience
    • Plan and deliver Skin Cupid's events calendar: brand launches, press days, brand partner activations, pop-ups and community events
    • Own physical visual merchandising at every event, pop-up and retail appearance, briefing the design team on physical assets and overseeing how the brand shows up on the day
    • Make sure Skin Cupid feels consistent, distinctive and properly itself in every physical space we land in
  • Influencer & creator partnerships
    • Run the influencer programme end-to-end: identify, brief, gift, track and report on macro and micro partnerships
    • Build and look after our roster of creators, brand ambassadors and community-led accounts
    • Spot the right voices early and bring them into the Skin Cupid world in a way that feels genuine, not transactional
  • PR (agency-led)
    • Brief and manage send-outs of seasonal story angles, product pitches and media moments
    • Track coverage by volume, tier and estimated media value, and feed the highlights back into the wider team

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in events, influencer, PR or brand marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion, wellness or lifestyle (agency experience welcome)
  • A few events or activations you can talk us through with genuine pride, whether you led them or supported on them
  • Some experience working with influencers or creators, with a feel for spotting talent and building relationships
  • Comfortable briefing agencies, partners and internal teams, and confident keeping budgets and timelines on track
  • A strong eye for brand: you understand why a doorway, a goody bag and a Story tag all need to feel like the same thing
  • A genuine love of K-beauty and Asian skincare, or a serious appetite to immerse yourself in it
  • Calm, organised and proactive: events week is not for the faint-hearted
  • Bonus points for: any existing creator, press or venue contacts; experience with retail pop-ups or wholesale activations.

This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

What We Offer

  • If you love working in a tight-knit team, you've found the right place!
  • A collaborative, dynamic environment in a fast-growing beauty brand
  • Generous employee discounts on all products
  • Hybrid working model (3 days a week in our London office)
  • Free products and early access to new launches
  • Regular team lunches, dinners, and social events
  • Fully stocked snack bar in the office
