Skin Cupid is opening the doors to our very first offline and flagship store, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Retail Store Manager to bring our online presence to life in the physical world. Responsibilities
As the Retail Store Manager of Skin Cupid’s first-ever flagship store, you will play a key role in bringing our online identity to life in a physical space. This is more than a store manager position; it’s a chance to build and lead a team, shape the offline customer experience, and set the standard for all future retail locations. You will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the store, team development, and creating a space that reflects everything our community loves about Skin Cupid: expertise, warmth, inclusivity, and a genuine passion for skincare.
- Lead the store’s daily operations, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for every customer.
- Uphold and embody the Skin Cupid identity and values, translating our online presence and community spirit into a welcoming offline environment.
- Recruit, onboard, and train a team of passionate Sales Assistants, fostering a supportive and high-performing team culture.
- Act as the go-to point of escalation, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing for all in-store staff.
- Collaborate closely with HQ team members to align on company goals, promotions, product knowledge, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor store performance and KPIs, implementing improvements where necessary to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with the Skin Cupid brand.
