About the Role
As CRM and Sales Campaigns Executive at Skin Cupid, you will own our relationship with existing customers. This is the role that keeps our community coming back, turning first-time buyers into loyal Cherubs and making sure every email we send feels timely, relevant and worth opening. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will own the full email calendar end-to-end, from writing the copy and building the emails through to scheduling, reporting and optimisation. This is a hands-on role that requires someone comfortable doing it all themselves, with the ability to grow and delegate as the team scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing
- Own the full email calendar, covering weekly campaigns, seasonal pushes and always-on automation flows.
- Write copy, source or create assets, build emails in Klaviyo and manage scheduling and sign-off independently.
- Build and optimise core CRM flows, including welcome, abandoned cart and browse, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back.
- Experiment with A/B testing to gather learnings and ensure our messaging evolves alongside our customer base.
- Spot opportunities for strategic optimisation and bring new flow and campaign ideas to drive revenue growth.
- Create campaign emails that support our brand partners, educate our community and feel true to the Skin Cupid brand.
- Segmentation and Personalisation
- Segment audiences by purchase history, brand affinity and skin type to deliver targeted, personalised messaging.
- Develop and refine audience segments as the customer base grows, improving relevance and reducing unsubscribe rates.
- Lead CRM execution for all sale and promotional events, including Black Friday, brand exclusives and clearance.
- Loyalty and Retention
- Manage the loyalty programme mechanics, including points, tiers, exclusive access and retention incentives.
- Bring the programme to life through compelling storytelling and offers that make joining feel genuinely rewarding for our community.
- Report monthly on repeat purchase rate, LTV cohort trends and email-attributed revenue.
- Identify retention risks proactively and activate win-back or re-engagement campaigns before customers churn.
- Sales Campaign Management
- Project manage key retail sale campaigns end-to-end, keeping timelines, assets and stakeholders coordinated from planning through to launch.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to ensure every sale moment is briefed, built and delivered on time.
- Maintain a clear view of the promotional calendar, flagging dependencies and potential clashes before they become problems.
- Ensure all campaign activity is consistent across email, on-site and offline, with the right messaging landing at the right time.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a CRM, retention or email marketing role, ideally within e-commerce or a consumer brand.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform, including building and managing flows independently.
- Strong copywriting skills. You are comfortable writing email copy yourself to a high standard.
- Confident working with segmentation, audience building and personalisation at scale.
- A strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and what drives repeat purchase behaviour.
- Comfortable with data: you can pull your own reports, spot trends and translate them into clear actions.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done without needing to be prompted.
- A genuine interest in beauty, skincare or K-beauty is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
What We Offer
- If you love working in a tight-knit team, you’ve found the right place!

- Generous employee discounts on all products.
- Hybrid working model (3 days a week in our London office).
