About the Role
As the E-commerce Specialist at Skin Cupid, you'll be integral to advancing our e-commerce strategy, spearheading initiatives to fortify our digital footprint and cement our leadership in the skincare market. Drawing on your expertise in e-commerce operations, you'll design and execute strategies that fuel growth, improve engagement, and optimise the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals, focusing on driving sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s e-commerce website. Implement and monitor on-site promotions, category updates, and SEO optimisations. Follow up on A/B tests and campaigns with post-launch analysis and recommendations for improvements.
- Project Lead: Spearhead and implement large-scale projects such as website redesigns, optimisations, and new feature implementations.
- Consumer Experience: Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviours through web analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and implement changes to the website to optimise the customer journey.
- Sales Optimisation: Identify opportunities to increase average order value, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, and personalisation strategies.
- Marketplace Management: Support the listing, updating, and optimising listings on multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse website performance, traffic, and sales data, providing regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including web developers, payment processors, and shipping partners.
- Compliance: Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with all relevant regulations, including data protection and consumer rights.
We're looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Proficiency with Shopify, content management systems (CMS), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and Digital Marketing Tools. Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using various tools and dashboards.
- Experience running and analysing A/B tests and personalisation campaigns.
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok Shop etc.
- An excellent problem-solving mindset and ability to handle unexpected challenges with professionalism and tact.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
