The Role
We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team and support the growth of our online store. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our website, optimising product listings, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to our e-commerce strategy, leading initiatives that strengthen our digital presence and solidify our leadership in the skincare market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is innovative, detail-oriented, analytical, and organised.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Strategy & Sales Growth: Execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales, customer acquisition, and retention in alignment with overall business goals.
- Website Management & Maintenance: Assist with updating and maintaining product listings, collections, and pages to ensure accuracy, seamless navigation, and an optimal shopping experience.
- User Experience (UX/UI) Support & Optimisation: Monitor site performance, solve issues, implement improvements and conduct A/B testing to enhance navigation, checkout processes, and overall site functionality.
- Sales & Conversion Optimisation: Identify and implement opportunities to improve conversion rates, increase average order value, and enhance customer lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, and personalisation strategies.
- Marketplace & Third-Party Listings: Support the listing, updating, and optimisation of products across multiple e-commerce platforms to maximise visibility and sales.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and organise reports, providing the team with insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Assist in ensuring the e-commerce platform adheres to relevant regulations, including data protection and consumer rights, while maintaining accuracy and transparency across product listings and policies.
What We're Looking For
- 1 – 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Highly analytical and proficiency with data analytics tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and online merchandising.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Experience with reporting and analytics.
