Prepare clear briefs for paid ads, including objectives, key messages, formats, and asset requirements. Coordinate creative assets for ads and support feedback and iteration cycles. Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation under the guidance of the Marketing Director or external agencies. Track performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and engagement, and support reporting and insights.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Support SEO initiatives across the website, including on-page optimisation for product and collection pages. Assist with keyword research and optimisation of website copy and content. Help implement SEO best practices across metadata, internal linking, and site structure. Support organic performance tracking and reporting, with guidance from the wider team or external partners. Work collaboratively to improve organic visibility, traffic, and search rankings over time.
- Campaign Management & Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of 360 campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, website, in-store touchpoints, and brand activations. Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables that align with business goals and product launches. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver cohesive storytelling and consistent brand messaging. Monitor performance to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
- Brand Partner Communication: Support communication with brand partners and prepare and deliver regular reports to partners, demonstrating ROI and campaign impact. Collaborate with brands to align campaign activity with their objectives, ensuring mutual value. Support brand relationship building by providing clear communication and reliable delivery.
- Creative Development & Content: Oversee the creation of campaign assets across digital and offline channels. Write and edit engaging copy for ads, emails, product pages, and social posts, ensuring copy is accurate, engaging, and optimised for conversion. Be hands-on with Canva and other creative tools to produce assets when needed. Ensure consistency of brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Performance & Reporting: Track KPIs and manage campaign dashboards. Deliver post-campaign analysis with actionable insights for future activity. Provide reporting both internally and externally to partners with clear recommendations. Apply learnings to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
