About the Role
As the Campaign Lead at Skin Cupid, you will be responsible for owning and driving end-to-end marketing campaigns that span across e-commerce and offline channels. This includes strategic planning, creative execution, project management, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring that all campaigns are delivered with excellence β on time, on brand, and on target. This is a hands-on and highly collaborative role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a creative eye paired with analytical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Plan, scope, and develop integrated campaigns across marketing touchpoints (email, social, paid, onsite, and offline). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives, product launches, and promotional moments. Translate marketing goals into actionable campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead campaign project management from start to finish β from ideation to execution to post-campaign analysis. Liaise cross-functionally with the marketing, creative, e-commerce, and fulfilment teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly. Ensure deadlines, budgets, and KPIs are met while maintaining high-quality output.
- Creative Development: Oversee the development of campaign assets including visuals, copy, and video content. Write and edit marketing copy across channels β from emails and ads to social posts and landing pages. Be hands-on with Canva and other creative tools to produce assets when needed. Ensure consistency and strength of brand messaging and visual identity across all materials. Support product launches by writing and reviewing product detail pages (PDPs) on the website, ensuring copy is accurate, engaging, and optimised for conversion.
- Email Marketing: Own the email marketing channel for campaigns β from concept to content to scheduling. Create engaging and informative high-converting emails. Monitor performance and continuously optimise based on open rates, CTRs, and revenue impact.
- Campaign Reporting & Optimisation: Track campaign performance using marketing dashboards and analytics tools. Produce post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations. Use data to inform future campaign strategies and improve effectiveness.
Weβre Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the beauty or consumer products industry. Proven experience planning and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns. Excellent project management skills β highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and customer journey principles. Experience with Canva or similar design tools β ability to produce marketing-ready creatives independently when needed. Strong copywriting and messaging instincts with a good eye for visual storytelling. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and CRM strategies. Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and guide optimisation. Team player with great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up culture. Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
What We Offer:
If you love working in a tight-knit team, you have found just the place! A dynamic and collaborative work environment in a fast-growing beauty company. Employee discount on products. Hybrid work model (3 times a week at our London office). Free products and access to new releases before they come to the market. Regular company events, team lunches/dinners. Office snacks.
