About Skin Analytics Skin Analytics is an award‑winning, health tech company that works with dermatology teams to deploy world‑leading skin cancer pathways using AI as a medical device, DERM. Following our recent £15M series B funding round and regulatory milestones, we’re ready to scale internationally, making history for AI in healthcare and the future of dermatology. We’re proud to epitomise AI for good – with a Class III CE mark, DERM is the only AI as a medical device approved to make clinical decisions autonomously in the cancer space, and the first company to receive a NICE recommendation for use across the NHS. DERM is deployed at more than 28 NHS organisations where we support dermatology teams to build sustainable services that enable patients to gain quicker access to skin cancer diagnosis. We also collaborate with some of the largest health insurers to reach patients in their own homes, and have recently launched in 3 European countries. We are a team of passionate people on a mission to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer.
The role
Product Marketing at Skin Analytics sits at the heart of our growth strategy. We’re looking for a strategic, ambitious, and results‑driven Product Marketing Manager, dedicated to healthcare providers internationally, including our largest customer base, the NHS. You will act as the voice of the customer, translating deep customer and market insight into commercial strategies, value propositions, and market execution. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with commercial (business development, account management and marketing), product, clinical and operations functions. You’ll present ideas and rationale confidently, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver marketing programmes that directly impact growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the expert on our customers and markets, building segment intelligence across international healthcare systems, including the NHS.
- Lead customer research and insights programmes (qualitative and quantitative) to uncover pain points, motivations, and adoption drivers.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product, commercial, and marketing strategy.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and regulatory shifts to inform positioning and commercial bets.
- Develop and refine personas, segmentation models, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Define and articulate consumer and customer‑led value propositions, positioning and reasons to believe that reinforce the benefits and competitive advantages of Skin Analytics’ offerings.
- Translate value propositions into engaging, robust, and well‑thought‑out narratives, positioning, messaging, collateral, case studies and sales enablement materials.
- Work with product, clinical and commercial teams to ensure solutions are grounded in customer needs and differentiated in the market.
- Develop and execute integrated go‑to‑market strategies for launches, new markets, and customer growth programmes.
- Equip business development, account management and operational teams with the messaging, playbooks and training they need to shorten sales cycles and improve win rates.
- Design and scale repeatable commercial programmes that drive demand, accelerate onboarding, and maximise adoption.
- Partner with marketing colleagues to shape and integrate campaigns, events and demand generation efforts that resonate with target audiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in product marketing, commercial strategy, or go‑to‑market roles, with a track record of turning customer and market insight into measurable commercial impact.
- Strength in positioning, messaging, and value proposition design, able to translate complex technology into clear, compelling narratives.
- Skilled at customer engagement and research – confident speaking with customers, running insight programmes, and presenting findings at all levels.
- Experience creating sales enablement programmes and tools that improve deal velocity, adoption, and win rates.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, comfortable extracting and applying insights to guide strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders and balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
- Experience in healthcare (NHS, international – especially EU – healthcare systems).
- Background in Med Tech or Health Tech.
- Resilience and adaptability in scaling, fast‑paced environments, with a focus on impact and prioritisation.
Benefits
- Competitive salary.
- Share options package – all employees have ownership in the company.
- Company pension (salary sacrifice).
- Private healthcare with Bupa.
- 25 days annual leave (+ company shut down in August + bank holidays).
- Enhanced parental leave – includes adoption & foster + nursery salary sacrifice scheme.
