Overview
The role is part of the Transformation team, collaborating with the Client Operations team. We are a passionate, customer-first group that represents Skin Analytics to our partners, helping turn our cutting-edge technology into something simple to understand, stress-free to launch and essential to use.
Location
The role will be home-based in Northern Ireland and will involve travelling and spending time across the region. The objective is to support all Primary Care practices to refer their patients to use this technology prior to referral to secondary care. You need a car and a valid driver's license to be considered for this role.
You will be responsible for:
- Project managing the implementation of our service with primary care partners in Northern Ireland
- Being the face of Skin Analytics to partners and ensuring their needs are met
- Training and troubleshooting support
- Hardware and testing support
- System configuration and user support
- Post-launch support to optimise ways of working and use of the technology
This is a wonderful role if you want to learn how to translate innovative technology into practical adoption to improve healthcare. The pathways you'll be implementing are among the first of their kind. The role reports directly to our Head of NHS Transformation, Lyndsey Reeves.
Suitable backgrounds (all in healthcare) include change management, customer success, account management, project management, consulting, or software implementation. You should have an understanding of the Primary Care landscape in Northern Ireland.
How will we measure success for you?
- Understand the region and partners and flexibly meet their needs to rapidly launch the services
- Be confident in training and supporting partners and in escalating issues to Line Management
- Support partners to troubleshoot with standard implementation activities including basic IT requirements and hardware management
- Collaborate with other Skin Analytics teams to provide partners with the best possible experience
- Provide feedback to shape strategic conversations to align mobilisation with partners' needs and identify areas for improvement
- By the end of the contract, enable access to this service for all registered patients in NI across every practice
Requirements
- Non-negotiable: 3+ years' experience in change management, project management, consulting, account management, or software implementation in a healthcare setting
- Experience training services users and being in a customer-facing role
- Experience of primary care in Northern Ireland
- Experience implementing change and managing varied stakeholders (from C-suite to administrative teams) and communications
- A driving licence is essential
