The role involves being part of the Transformation team and collaborating with the Client Operations team. We are a passionate, customer-first group that represents Skin Analytics to our partners. Our aim is to simplify the use of our cutting-edge technology for our partners, ensuring a stress-free launch and essential integration into their practices.
Location: The role will be home-based in Northern Ireland and will involve travelling across the region. The objective is to support all Primary Care practices in referring their patients to use this technology prior to referral to secondary care. A car and a driving licence are required for this role.
You will be responsible for:
- Project managing the implementation of our service with primary care partners in Northern Ireland.
- Being the face of Skin Analytics to partners and ensuring their needs are met.
- Supporting with training and troubleshooting.
- Assisting with hardware and testing.
- Supporting with system configuration and user support.
- Optimising ways of working and use of the technology post-launch.
This role is ideal for those who want to learn how to implement innovative technology to improve healthcare. The pathways you will be implementing are among the first of their kind. The role reports directly to our Head of NHS Transformation, Lyndsey Reeves.
Suitable backgrounds could include change management, customer success, account management, project management, consulting, or software implementation within healthcare. An understanding of the Primary Care landscape in Northern Ireland is essential.
Success will be measured by your ability to:
- Quickly understand the region and the partners we are working with, flexibly meeting their needs to rapidly launch services.
- Confidently train and support partners while escalating issues to Line Management.
- Assist partners with standard implementation activities, including basic IT requirements and hardware management.
- Collaborate with other teams in Skin Analytics to provide partners with the best possible experience.
- Provide feedback to help shape strategic conversations, ensuring mobilisation aligns with partners' needs and identifying areas for improvement.
At the end of the contract, you will have successfully enabled access to this service for all registered patients in NI through every practice.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in change management, project management, consulting, account management, or software implementation in a healthcare setting.
- Experience training service users and being in a customer-facing role.
- Experience of primary care in Northern Ireland.
- Experience implementing change and managing varied stakeholders (from C-suite to administrative teams) and communications.
- A driving licence is essential.
