We are seeking a Junior Support Agent to join our team and provide essential operational support to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of sending and receiving kits to and from patients, as well as providing administrative support to the client operations team. This entry-level position in our Client Operations Team offers valuable hands-on experience and growth opportunities within our organization. The role reports to our Client Operations Lead and is based in our office in Farringdon, London (9am - 6pm).
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily process of receiving skin check kits from patients, cleaning them, and sending out new kits to patients.
- Providing support to customers and team members, addressing hardware queries, offering technical assistance, and handling complaints within our quality management policies.
- Taking ownership of managing the overdue hardware process, new client hardware builds, and conducting inventory stock counts.
- Collaborating with other members of the Client Operations Team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Some experience of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to react positively to changing priorities. Speed is key.
- Attention to detail. These products affect patients' experience directly.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide support and assistance to customers and team members.
- Basic technical knowledge and ability to address hardware queries and provide technical assistance.
- The initiative to identify tasks that need to be completed.
- Collaborative and adaptable nature to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Right to work in the UK.
