Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Systems to support and optimize Enterprise systems across EMEA, with a strong focus on Purchase Order (PO) management and Inventory operations across multiple sales channels. This role acts as a key functional subject matter expert, supporting day-to-day operational requests while driving process improvements and system enhancements. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with Operations, Merchandising, Production, Finance, and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate system usage, data integrity, and scalable processes across Procure-to-Pay, Order to cash and Inventory Management workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- NetSuite ERP Support
- Serve as a primary NetSuite functional support lead for EMEA, managing and resolving system-related requests, issues, and enhancements.
- Act as the first point of contact for NetSuite questions related to POs, inventory, and procurement workflows.
- Coordinate with NetSuite administrators, developers, and external partners to deliver fixes and enhancements.
- Purchase Order & Inventory Management
- Support the full PO lifecycle in NetSuite, including creation, approvals, receipts, vendor bills, and reconciliation.
- Manage and troubleshoot inventory transactions including adjustments, transfers, receipts, and allocations.
- Support inventory operations across multiple channels (eCommerce, wholesale, retail, franchise, etc).
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, valuation issues, and transaction errors.
- Reporting & Data Analysis
- Build and maintain NetSuite saved searches, reports, and dashboards related to POs, inventory levels, and operational KPIs.
- Analyze trends and issues to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Support audits and compliance requirements by ensuring accurate system records and controls.
- Process Improvement & Change Management
- Identify opportunities to streamline NetSuite workflows and reduce manual processes.
- Support system testing (UAT), deployments, and change management activities.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and NetSuite user guides.
- Stakeholder Support & Training
- Provide day-to-day NetSuite support to EMEA business users.
- Lead or support training sessions focused on NetSuite PO and inventory processes.
- Act as a trusted NetSuite advisor to regional stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5-8+ years of hands‑on NetSuite ERP experience in a functional analyst, systems analyst, or operations systems role.
- Strong experience supporting PO management and inventory modules in NetSuite.
- Proven experience supporting multi‑channel inventory environments within NetSuite.
- Solid understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay, Inventory, and Supply Chain workflows in NetSuite.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Familiarity with NetSuite integrations (e.g., OMS, Shopify, 3PLs).
