Responsibilities:

  • Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention. With a Customer Obsessed mindset, create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
  • Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust.
  • Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviours to maintain a premium brand feel, even in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
  • Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Leverage our company tools, resources, and the support of your team. Remain calm, clear, and prioritise the customer when challenges arise.
  • Stay flexible and step into different zones of the store as needed. Embrace coaching and change with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Availability Requirements: Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
  • At least 14 hours of open availability between both Saturday and Sunday.
  • At least one closing shift across Saturday and Sunday.
  • Available for 3 closing shifts.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.
  • A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow! Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values.
  • Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
