Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
- Create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
- Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support each customer and build trust.
- Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviours to maintain a premium brand feel.
- Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
- Bring Operational Excellence by moving with urgency and efficiency, while prioritising the customer experience.
- Leverage our company tools, resources, and the support of your team.
- Remain calm, clear, and prioritise the customer when challenges arise.

Requirements:
- Availability: Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- At least 14 hours of open availability between both Saturday and Sunday.
- At least one closing shift across Saturday and Sunday.
- Available for 3 closing shifts.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.
- A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Eagerness to learn and grow; open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
- Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values.
- Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
- Does not want to be an influencer.
